The domain where the site resides at was created in March 2018 but the identity behind it is unknown. It is instead registered as belonging to Helixx Mine company. The address of the domain owner is allegedly in 615, 7 Baltimore wharf, London.

The kind of returns promised by HelixxMine are too high, which suggests that they are an investment scheme as opposed to real mining project.
