Both these countries have very loose laws making it ideal for scam companies. These are worrying features, and during the research, we found many more.
The design of the operations of this firm suggests that it's not involved in any trading whatsoever. Moreover, this is an MLM that is not providing any products or services. It is just another scam pretending to offer trading services.
The central proposition of Opus Business is that it will make you very rich if you become a member. Many companies will promise you this to lure you into their business. Sadly, the majority of them are not legit and are only after your money, and this is one of these companies. It is run by a bunch of crooks only after your payment.
Please do not fall for their fake promises of high Returns. They will take all your money and exit the market. Only the top cryptocurrency trading robots can give you the kind of returns you are looking for.
Opus Business Review
This company claims to be offering three primary trading services; Forex, stock, and cryptocurrency trading. However, we have not found any evidence of trading or investment in Forex or cryptocurrencies performed by this company. It is yet another MLM company that has nothing to offer you. It features no real products or services. The only thing that you will get from this firm is an affiliate program.
The owners have chosen to operate in full secrecy. Moreover, they have no social media presence. The only information they provide is that they are part of the Advantages Club. However, there is no information as to what Advantages Club is.
The company's official domain is opusbusiness.com, and the domain was registered on the 24th of July 2018. The registration expires on the same date in 2020. It is common for fake companies to take out short listings for their websites. It is usually a sign that they do not plan to stay in the market once the registration expires.
We hope that you will not fall for this company's fake promises, and you will steer clear from them. You will have no one to turn to once they take off with your money. They promise you up to 40% in profits per month, which is unrealistically high, and no legitimate companies will guarantee you such profits.
Investment Plans
The website features five investment plans: The Start plan requires a deposit of between $100 and $500. This plan offers you a 200% ROI, and you are paid a 20% return each month.
The Entry plan accepts a deposit of between $600 and $900. You receive a 250% ROI, and you are paid a 25% return each month.
Further, there is a Basic plan that expects a deposit of between $1100 and $2900. This plan offers you a 300% ROI, and you are paid 30% in returns per month.
The Pro plan expects an investment of between $3000 and $4900. You will receive 350% ROI, and you will be paid 35% in returns each month.
Finally, there is the Master plan. This plan expects an investment of $5000 or more and gives you a 400% ROI. You are paid 40% in returns each month under this plan.
Affiliate Programs
Opus Business allows clients to earn extra cash by referring others to their website. They use a uni-level compensation structure with every personally recruited affiliate placed under a client.
When a level 1 affiliate recruits a new member, they are placed on level 2 of the recruiting affiliate's uni-level team. When a level 2 affiliate recruits new members, they are placed on level 3 directly under him or her, and this is maintained up to an infinite number of levels.
The compensation plan is exciting to look at
Start tier affiliates earn 5% on level one and 1% across an additional two levels. Entry tire affiliates make 6% on level one and 1% across the other three levels. Basic tier affiliates earn 7% on level one and 1% across an additional four levels. Pro tier affiliates earn 8% on level one and 1% across an extra five levels. Master tier affiliates make 10% on level one and 1% across a further six levels. However, there is no proof of payment featured on the website.
Customer Support and Regulation
Clients can get in touch with the company through their email at support@opusbusiness.com. Additionally, they can call the company through +610383766284. However, this is no guarantee that the company will respond to customer complaints. A lot of fake companies give out their contact information but never respond to customers.
In terms of regulation, this company has no certification from a regulatory body. They are operating without a license. It means that they are operating illegally. There are many risks involved in investing in unregulated companies. You risk going down with them if the law shuts them down. Additionally, they might choose to exit the market when they start getting investigated. They will leave you high and dry.
Even worse, the company has been blacklisted by CNMV, and this means its not a trustworthy firm.
Fund Safety
Fund safety in this firm is not assured. They have not provided details of the bank they are using to safeguard clients' money, as is required by the law. Additionally, it is a requirement that the company's bank account be different from that of the owners, and this is not the case for this company.
Moreover, their systems are not protected from hackers meaning your money can easily be stolen. Further, your data can be taken and used for malicious activities.
Customer Feedback
After trying this business, many traders are reporting it as a scam and warning people against using it. The general message is that this is not a trustworthy company. It is not a surprise. A company that operates like this one cannot be trusted. They are operating without a license, which makes them illegal.
This company has already scammed enough people. Do not be one of them. If you choose to trust these mysterious individuals, it will end badly for you. You will have no regulatory body to turn to.
Final Verdict
Opus business is another scam pretending to trade in Forex and cryptocurrencies. They are an MLM that is not offering any real products or services. Moreover, they are illegal, as they have no licensing.
Remember, this company's owners are unknown and operate anonymously. They are hiding their identities, their location, and they have no social media presence. Moreover, they are promising returns are too high and cannot be achieved by any real company trading in Forex and cryptocurrencies.
The market is filled with fake companies only after your money. However, there are still legitimate firms that you can trust. Ensure you only invest with the best cryptocurrency trading robots to save yourself some trouble.
